A 52-year-old Russian man was arrested by the Federal Security Service (FSB) of the Russian Federation in the "Donetsk People's Republic", who attempted to carry out a terrorist attack by detonating the car of a local administrative official.
The man, arrested in Donetsk, confessed that he was supposed to detonate the bomb in the area of the Mariupol administrative building.
