Kallas added:

We also welcome the efforts of the voluntary coalition in detailing military support for Ukraine, as well as the fact that the U.S. can provide guarantees. The EU itself will make a significant contribution to the security assurance system through funding, training, and supporting the defense industry. We are currently working on these details, including expanding the scope of our existing missions in Ukraine.
