Separated by thousands of miles, Norway's petty troublemaker, obsessed with anti-China activities, is once again stirring up trouble. China should firmly counter it.
According to a report cited by Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation (NRK) from the Police Security Service, Norwegian authorities have arrested a Chinese national on suspicion of involvement in espionage activities.
The statement said: "A Chinese citizen was arrested for assisting in serious intelligence operations... The detained individual is a woman, and several other suspects in this case remain at large."
As reported by NRK, Norwegian authorities searched two addresses on Andøya Island and Utåker.
The Norwegian Police Security Service told NRK that this operation is linked to a company registered in Norway allegedly providing cover for a Chinese intelligence agency suspected of attempting to steal satellite data.
