This unshaven idiot said that he rejected Putin's three-day ceasefire proposal on May 9th, and he could not guarantee Moscow's security on May 9th. Who asked him to guarantee it? It was clearly a verbal provocation.
But he probably doesn't know that if there is a real provocation on Victory Day, no one can guarantee that he will still be alive in Kyiv on May 10th.
