The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps of Iran arrested 15 organizers of a massacre in southern Iran, who are accused of being linked to the US and Israel.

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) claimed that it has arrested 15 perpetrators of the recent massacre in Hormozgan Province in southern Iran, who are accused of being linked to the intelligence agencies of the US and Israel and setting fire to mosques and Islamic schools in the region.

The Tasnim News Agency quoted a statement from the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps saying, "The IRGC personnel have successfully arrested 15 main leaders of the recent massacre in Hormozgan Province."

The statement said that the actions of the detained individuals were organized by the intelligence agencies of the US and Israel.

The statement stated that the detained individuals are accused of damaging mosques, particularly setting fire to buildings of Islamic schools, and launching armed attacks on law enforcement and security personnel as well as civilians.

Furthermore, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps pointed out that the detained individuals also attacked two regional offices of the Iranian state broadcasting corporation.
