Man Arrested for Entering Public Bathhouse in Women's Clothing
As reported by Japanese media outlet Asahi Television on April 13: A 51-year-old man was arrested for sneaking into a women's public bathhouse at a hotel in Chiba City, wearing women's clothing. The man admitted to the charges, stating: "I have a fetish for women's clothing and wanted to see what a women's bathhouse looks like."
The suspect claimed to be a company employee and allegedly entered the women's public bathhouse at a hotel in Chuo Ward, Chiba City, before 6 p.m. on April 12.
Police said that when the man entered the women’s changing room, he was wearing a female wig, high-heeled shoes, a skirt, and women’s underwear.
At the time, several women were present in the dressing area, and the man, dressed in female attire, wandered around the changing room for approximately seven minutes.
One woman found the situation suspicious and complained to the front desk. The hotel manager then called the police after reporting that a man dressed as a woman had entered the women’s public bath. The incident was subsequently discovered.
When police arrived, the man had already returned to his hotel room.
During questioning, the man confessed to the charges and said: "I have a fetish for women's clothing and wanted to enter a women's bathhouse," "I wanted to feel like a woman," and "I wanted to see women's naked bodies."
Authorities are currently investigating whether the man is involved in any other illegal activities.
