American does not rule out sending troops to Venezuela

Regarding three U.S. warships reportedly carrying 4,000 marines heading toward the coast of Venezuela, reporters asked Levitt at a press briefing on Tuesday whether Trump was considering landing U.S. forces in Venezuela.
