China tops the world in shipbuilding! The U.S. is still talking as its shipbuilding capability is in decline.

The US Consulate General in China wrote last night (April 17th): "The development of China's shipbuilding industry is rapid, while the shipbuilding capacity of the United States is declining. Swift action must be taken. Source: Financial Times"

[Clever] Comment: It has been eight years and we haven't seen any action from the United States. In 2023, the order volume of US commercial shipbuilding ranked 19th globally, while China ranked 1st. If a struggling student in a class says they want to 'take action', my suggestion is to study hard instead of hindering other students from doing their homework.
