Zelenskyy has no choice but to make compromises.
On April 1st, local time, Zelenskyy said that the legal teams of Ukraine and the United States are currently negotiating the mineral agreement. He particularly pointed out that this agreement does not involve NATO issues.
The United States has twice requested Ukraine to sign a mineral agreement. The U.S. is determined to obtain Ukraine's minerals.
