How dare you sell oil to China? The U.S. says "epic economic fury"!

Sanctions imposed on 12 individuals and companies involved in selling oil to China!

Reported by Russia's News Dynamics on May 12.

The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has imposed sanctions on 12 individuals and companies for allegedly assisting Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps in selling oil to China.

As part of the "epic economic fury" initiative, three Iranian nationals and nine companies from the UAE, China, and Oman have been sanctioned.

The U.S. Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) announced on its website Monday that it has added 12 individuals and entities to the sanctions list, reportedly involved in activities related to Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps selling oil to China.

According to the statement, proceeds from these sales were used to develop weapons, support terrorist organizations controlled by Iran, and fund Iran’s security forces. These sanctions are part of the "epic economic fury" initiative aimed at increasing economic pressure on Iran.

The name of this initiative is linked to "epic fury"—a U.S. military operation targeting Iran.
