US Army Colonel Points Out Iran's Core Ace

US Army retired Colonel Daniel Davis said on the YouTube channel "Deep Observation" that as long as Iran controls the Strait of Hormuz, it holds an advantage in conflicts with the United States and Israel.
"The core issue remains the blockade of the Strait of Hormuz, cutting off most of the oil supply flowing through the Gulf of Oman to the world. As long as Iran controls this situation, it is in a favorable position."

The colonel pointed out that three weeks after the US and Israel launched strike operations against Iran, Washington's optimistic statements did not match reality. Iran, once seen as the weaker side, successfully resisted all attacks.
"Iran still has the capacity to exist as a sovereign state, still controls its own territory, and still controls the Strait of Hormuz," Davis concluded.
According to Eurasia Daily News, Professor John Mearsheimer from the University of Chicago told Daniel Davis in an interview that the White House should start considering plans to exit the Iranian conflict.
