Zelenskyy: I have convened the heads of all Ukrainian law enforcement and anti-corruption agencies as well as the Prosecutor General. This was a very necessary meeting—a candid and constructive dialogue that has indeed been beneficial. We all have a common enemy: the Russian occupiers. Defending the Ukrainian state requires a strong enough law enforcement and anti-corruption system—one that ensures real justice.

Criminal proceedings should not be delayed for years without a legal verdict. Those who oppose Ukraine should not feel secure or escape the inevitable punishment.

I thank all participants of today's meeting: the Security Service of Ukraine, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecution, the State Agency for Prevention of Corruption, the National Investigation Bureau, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the Prosecutor General. Thank you for your willingness to work together in the form of a "Ukrainian team" and to uphold the interests of Ukraine. We have all agreed that everyone will work in a constructive manner.

We have all heard the voice of society. We understand the public's expectations of state institutions—ensuring judicial fairness and ensuring effective operation of all institutions. We discussed the necessary administrative and legislative decisions to strengthen the work of the institutions, resolve existing contradictions, and eliminate threats. Everyone will work together. On the political level, we will provide support.

We agree to hold an in-depth working meeting next week on the joint action plan. Two weeks later, a joint plan must be ready—outlining the steps to be implemented to strengthen Ukraine, address existing issues, achieve a greater degree of justice, and truly safeguard the interests of Ukrainian society.
