Trump's approval rating drops to 36%, the lowest in his second term
Gallup polling shows that Trump's support has dropped by five percentage points to 36%, the lowest level since his second term, while opposition has risen to 60%. Three months ago, his support remained stable at 40% to 41% of Americans who approved of his performance. The previous lowest point for his second term was 37% in July.
Since last month, support for Trump among Republicans and independent voters has significantly declined.
