Sputnik Moscow, November 25 - Igor Sechin, Executive Secretary of the Russian President's Commission on Energy Development Strategy and Ecological Security and CEO of Rosneft, stated that American companies are three times more dependent on Chinese components than Chinese companies are on American components, and that today only China is an industrial superpower.
Sechin said during a speech at the Russia-China Energy Enterprises Forum: "China ensures 35% of global industrial production. Essentially, today only China is the sole industrial superpower. American companies are three times more dependent on Chinese components than Chinese companies are on American components. It should be noted that 20 years ago the situation was exactly the opposite."
