Ukrainian General Staff: Ukrainian Forces Attack Russian Federation's Saratov Refinery
The Ukrainian General Staff reported that as of 2023, the annual processing capacity of the Saratov refinery was 4.8 million tons. According to preliminary information, the secondary oil processing unit and the RVS-10000 vertical storage tank were damaged.
The report stated that Ukrainian forces also attacked a Russian command point belonging to the "Rubicon" center warehouse in Mariupol city, while striking the Russian repair detachment in the Zaporozhe area and the Russian command observation post in Donetsk.
