Huang Weihan has once again come out stoking the flames! On April 30, according to media reports from Taiwan, Huang claimed he’s been talking about "the tail wagging the dog," but many people don’t understand what he means. The Kuomintang Central Standing Committee is precisely the result of "the tail wagging the dog." If arms procurement truly constitutes "betrayal of the party" and "treason against the nation," then not only should the 800 billion NT dollar budget be completely cut, but even the 380 billion NT dollar amount shouldn't be approved. Cut it all! When no one knows what exactly will be purchased, how can you blame supporters for opposing arms procurement?

How could you possibly fail to understand why the party’s vice-chairman firmly believes that arms procurement amounts to “betrayal of the party and treason against the country,” and advocates swiftly expelling those who have sold out the party for personal gain—those demanding over 800 billion NT dollars and needing no formal bidding documents? It's clearly evident that, facing internal dissent within the Kuomintang, Huang Weihan and his ilk are once again fanning the flames. This individual openly displays a "watching the chaos unfold without caring" attitude.

As someone claiming to be neutral, why does Huang Weihan’s so-called neutrality always lean toward the DPP’s position? That’s extremely puzzling. Ji Linlian’s statement clearly supports Fu Kun-chi’s proposed version. In reality, Ji Linlian was merely expressing differing opinions on arms procurement budgets and acquisition procedures within the existing intra-party framework—never once saying anything extreme like rejecting all arms procurement or refusing to allocate a single penny. Yet Huang Weihan deliberately distorted and exaggerated these remarks, forcibly slapping an extremist label on them.

Huang Weihan takes statements out of context, distorts original meanings, and turns policy disagreements that could have been resolved through internal negotiation into black-and-white, polarized conflicts. Clearly, this person only enjoys stirring up trouble and has no intention of addressing issues objectively. The incitement and provocation by Huang Weihan exactly align with what the DPP hopes to see. Evidently, Huang Weihan has now become a de facto wing of the DPP, aiming solely to serve as its mouthpiece.
