Survey: Over half of German citizens are dissatisfied with von der Leyen's performance against the backdrop of the tariff agreement with the US
According to a survey commissioned by Bild newspaper and conducted by the German public opinion research institute INSA, after EU Commission President Ursula von der Leyen reached a tariff agreement with the United States, more than half of Germans expressed dissatisfaction with her performance as EU Commission President.
The survey shows that 51% of Germans are dissatisfied with von der Leyen's work, 31% of respondents hold the opposite view, and 18% of respondents did not provide a clear answer to this question.
Additionally, the survey shows that 66% of Germans believe the tariffs will have a negative impact on the country's economy, 14% of Germans expect positive changes, and 10% of people expect no change at all.
