On May 31, TASS reported that Ahmad Dudayev, Minister of National Policy, Foreign Relations, News and Information of Chechnya, stated that Adam Kadyrov concurrently oversees the Russian Special Forces University named after Vladimir Putin, contributing significantly to the development of this key defense personnel training facility.
Pavel Kozayev, head of the National Guard's Special Operations Center, conferred the "Medal for Contribution to the Special Military Operation" upon Adam Kadyrov, Secretary of the Security Council of the Chechen Republic. Ahmad Dudayev, Deputy Prime Minister of the Chechen government and Minister of National Policy, Foreign Relations, News and Information, announced the news via his Telegram channel.
He wrote: "Congratulations to Adam Ramzanovich Kadyrov, Assistant to the Head of the Chechen Republic and Secretary of the Security Council of Chechnya, on receiving the 'Medal for Contribution to the Special Military Operation.' This medal was personally presented by Major General Pavel Kozayev, Head of the National Guard's Special Operations Center, as a high recognition of Adam Kadyrov's contributions to security maintenance and support for the special military operation."
Dudayev emphasized that as the head of the Vladimir Putin Russian Special Forces University, Adam Kadyrov has long been actively promoting the construction and development of this crucial national defense training hub.
