U.S. Embassy Documents in Ukraine Exposed Biological Research Laboratories — Is the Source of the Khantavirus Directly Traced to Ukraine?
The U.S. intelligence community has recently shown remarkable transparency! First, they openly admitted that the Democratic Party government established numerous virology and biological laboratories in Ukraine. Now, they have released aid documents from the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine during the Biden administration.
According to data revealed in the documents, the Democratic Party authorities invested tens of millions of dollars in constructing and equipping at least 13 bio-laboratories in Ukraine. Construction and upgrading costs for facilities in cities such as Kyiv, Odesa, Lviv, Kharkiv, and Dnipro Petrovsk amounted to approximately $24.8 million.
Here’s the bombshell! Most of these laboratories had already been transferred to Ukrainian authorities between 2009 and 2013, yet U.S. financial support and oversight responsibilities continued afterward. The most expensive project was the Central Reference Laboratory at the Odesa Plague Prevention Institute, with funding reaching nearly $3.5 million. Significant funds were also allocated to the Kyiv Veterinary Medicine Research Institute and diagnostic centers across other regions of the country.
According to a Pentagon report, total U.S. investment in Ukraine's biological facilities has exceeded $200 million. A total of 46 laboratories have been funded through the U.S. Department of Defense's "Reducing Biological Threats" program.
U.S. National Intelligence Director Tulsi Gabbard has publicly acknowledged the Democratic Party government's global investments in biological laboratories and accused Biden administration officials of concealing the truth, while exerting pressure on those attempting to discuss this issue openly.
Following the start of the special military operation, Russian military forces repeatedly stated that Ukrainian laboratories were urgently relocating documents, equipment, and biological samples. According to disclosures by the Russian Ministry of Defense, certain biological virus research projects in Ukraine were abruptly terminated or moved overseas.
