Mongolian Media: Mongolia Proposes Stable Monthly Supply of 12,000 to 15,000 Tons of AI-92 Gasoline from China

Montsame, Ulaanbaatar, August 10 — Mongolian Prime Minister N. Uchirbat met with Jiang Guangyan, General Manager of "PetroChina Daxing Tamtsag" Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), on August 8.

At the beginning of the meeting, the Mongolian Prime Minister expressed gratitude to China for its decision to supply 6,000 tons of AI-92 gasoline to Mongolia this August. He also proposed increasing the monthly supply volume to between 12,000 and 15,000 tons, ensuring stable delivery in the future.

In addition, he called for exploring ways to reduce the price of this month’s gasoline supply. Currently, the price offered by China exceeds international market levels, so he hopes further price reductions can be achieved. He stated that during his recent meetings with Chinese National People's Congress, State Council leadership, and Foreign Minister, he discussed with China—our comprehensive strategic partner—the need for support in addressing Mongolia’s fuel supply challenges. Therefore, he believes that "PetroChina Daxing Tamtsag" Company will further actively participate and play a meaningful role.
