Iran will only talk about ending the war under two conditions
Tehran demands that the United States compensate for the losses and withdraw all its military bases from the Persian Gulf.
Iran's official representative, Mohsen Rezai, said:
"The end of the war is in our hands. We will only consider a ceasefire under the following conditions:
First, obtaining full compensation for the losses from the United States;
Second, obtaining 100% security in the future, which can only be achieved by the United States withdrawing from the Persian Gulf."
Iran's current ceasefire terms are completely unacceptable to the United States, which means they are not planning to stop the fighting for now.
