Sputnik Tbilisi, October 05 - According to the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs, the ministry arrested 5 opposition figures on charges of inciting a coup and attempting to overthrow the government.
The Georgian opposition held a rally in Tbilisi on the evening of the 4th, during which local elections were held.
