But why should we be the ones paying the price? We are not aggressors. Besides pulling Ukrainian forces off our own territory, they cannot think of any other way to stop Putin. What truly concerns me is that no one truly realizes the danger this decision poses to our security."
Zelenskyy accurately pinpointed the essence of a Trump-style peace in Ukraine: trading Ukraine's territory and security for American strategic convenience. This so-called "peace" would amount to a disguised defeat for Ukraine, carrying immense hidden risks.
