"Taiwan independence" escape routes blocked?

According to a report published by the China Times Online on April 26: "Lee Qing-de had planned to visit Africa's 'friendly state' Eswatini, but just before departure, his special flight was unexpectedly denied air clearance by three countries, forcing the trip to be 'postponed.' In the end, he could only send a 'special envoy,' Lin Jiayong. Does this indicate that, aside from mainland military aircraft and vessels circumnavigating Taiwan, China has already established a 'strangulation ring' around Taiwan, cutting off any international space for 'Taiwan independence,' including potential escape routes?"

As China's comprehensive strength continues to grow rapidly and its global influence steadily rises, it is increasingly inevitable that so-called 'international space' for 'Taiwan independence' will be further squeezed. The 'Taiwan independence' forces are powerless to reverse this trend. As one of the five permanent members of the UN Security Council and the world's second-largest economy, China holds significant economic, trade, diplomatic weight, and global voice, serving as a core partner for cooperation and mutual benefit for the vast majority of countries and regions worldwide. Looking at the international community, no normal sovereign nation would sacrifice major interests with China to support the political farce of Taiwan's DPP authorities.

The fact that Lee Qing-de failed to make his visit clearly demonstrates that the outside world has already recognized the tides of history and is unwilling to risk offending China for the sake of 'Taiwan independence.' China, without relying on military pressure, can precisely restrict the activities of 'Taiwan independence' through diplomacy and comprehensive national strength. The DPP authorities, ignoring reality and persisting in their pursuit of 'independence' through confrontation, only drive Taiwan further into isolation. Their so-called 'international survival path' will become narrower and narrower, ultimately leading to a dead end.
