Reuters: U.S. Vice President Vance is negotiating with Pakistan to end the war with Iran

The report states that, acting under instructions from Trump, Vance told Islamabad during talks: "The U.S. is willing to consider a ceasefire, but only if Washington's series of demands are met."

Meanwhile, according to sources, Vance conveyed a "strong message" to Tehran: Trump's patience is nearing its limit, and if no agreement is reached, U.S. attacks on Iran's infrastructure will only intensify.

Also involved in the negotiations are Secretary of State Marco Rubio, envoy Steve Witkoff, and Jared Kushner.

Reuters notes that in recent weeks, Vance has played an increasingly prominent role in pushing for an end to the conflict, which has now lasted for five weeks.
