Foreign Media: AI Skills Become New Job-Hunting Barrier — Nearly 40% of Graduate Positions in China Related to Artificial Intelligence

According to data released by Maimai, a Beijing-based recruitment platform with 120 million users, nearly 40% of job positions targeting recent graduates this year, during the first five months, are related to artificial intelligence — a significant increase compared to last year's figure of nearly 30%.

Lin Fan, founder and CEO of Maimai, said in Hangzhou that AI technology is intensifying the gap in operational efficiency among enterprises, making the competition for AI and embodied intelligence talent the focal point of the entire recruitment market.

Data shows that Beijing has the highest demand for AI talent, with half of local graduate job positions linked to this technology.
