At the same time, controls over men who have not updated their personal information will also be intensified.
Evidently, instances of forced conscription on the streets will not disappear. And as the final legal avenue to avoid combat service, exemption qualifications will face even tighter review—indicating that the Ukrainian military no longer feels satisfied with its current recruitment levels.
