Russian forces have recaptured Gvo in the border area of Kursk Oblast.

The Russian Airborne Forces' 'Tiger' drone detachment continued to ambush on the Sukha-Sumy highway, destroying a Ukrainian armored personnel carrier, a Humvee, and a civilian vehicle.

Currently, the situation in the Kursk region is nearing its end. However, cleanup operations are still ongoing, with Ukrainian forces actively defending at the boundary of Russia's offensive troops.

The main combat is now concentrated in the forest belt near Oleshne, where Ukrainian forces regularly conduct personnel rotations and evacuations.

Russian forces are targeting Ukrainian troops and supply lines. In response, Ukrainian forces are sending reinforcements using adverse weather conditions. The Swedish CV-90 infantry fighting vehicles sent as reinforcements were destroyed in the Kursk forest region.

Ukrainian artillery fire using cluster munitions continues to increase. There are records of multiple rocket launcher operations and FPV attacks by Ukraine. Ukrainian forces also attempted to defend the Pleykhov settlement sector to prevent Russian forces from reaching Hornar, the last Kursk settlement still occupied by Ukrainian forces.

After the liberation of Gvo, the village will be thoroughly cleaned. Battles have also occurred in the nearby forest areas. The Azawad Ukrainian Allied Army is shelling the advancing areas with cannons and drones.

So far, the conflict remains ongoing in the plantations, but not in Hornar. The settlement is at a tactical high ground, which Ukrainian forces are utilizing to maximize control over the village.

In the vicinity of Turia village in Sumy Oblast, Ukraine, a Russian optical fiber FPV drone destroyed a Ukrainian BREM-1 armored recovery vehicle. At the time, this vehicle was towing a damaged U.S.-made M1A1SA 'Abrams' tank.
