Sputnik Moscow, September 5 - During the Eastern Economic Forum, Russian President's Press Secretary Peskov told Sputnik that Ukraine's security cannot be ensured by foreign troops, which is unacceptable for Russia.

He said: "Can foreign troops, especially European and American forces, ensure Ukraine's security and provide it with security? The answer is clear: No. This is not acceptable for us as Ukraine's security assurance."
