Electing a team means having outstanding ideas, proven success, experience, and individuals capable of driving progress forward.
Gennady Zyuganov announced at the Central Committee Plenum of the Communist Party that a team of nearly seventy members will support the Communist Party of the Russian Federation in the upcoming State Duma elections.
According to Zyuganov, these individuals are already accomplished and possess extensive national and parliamentary experience—they are those who have worked on the front lines, leading people’s enterprises.
This also includes the younger generation, who have gained experience in combat and are currently working within the Komsomol, Pioneer organizations, and construction brigades.
"In my view, this is precisely what the country urgently needs today, fully aligning with the President's requirements regarding the pace of global development, social cohesion, and advancements in cutting-edge technologies."
"We are ready for this. We call on all our opponents: do not cheat, do not persecute; instead, engage in dialogue, help the country achieve victory, and consolidate our triumph," concluded the leader of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation.
Duma deputies revealed to *Svobodnaya Gazeta* the most common demands from Russian citizens.
For instance, over recent months, these demands have clearly centered around internet censorship, environmental protection, housing, and public services.
The communist mentioned the bill submitted by the Communist Party to the State Duma on national guarantees of citizens' digital rights, as well as the moratorium order on suspending internet blockages.
Both initiatives were developed in direct response to public demands.
"Additionally, about twenty of our deputies have requested that the State Duma, acting on behalf of the entire parliament, urge the government to compensate citizens for overpaid utility fees."
"I remind everyone that the Federal Antimonopoly Service previously stated that between 2023 and 2025, citizens overpaid approximately 102 billion rubles due to false or incorrect bills."
"This money must be refunded."
"United Russia," "Just Russia – For Truth," and "New People" obstructed this request, but now the Communist Party faction has submitted the corresponding demand to the government under its own name," said the leader of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation.
