South Korean media: Within just two months, BYD Seal 7 has sold more than 1,300 units in South Korea!
On December 24, the South Korean media "Today's Finance" published an article stating that since its launch in South Korea in September, the sales of BYD Seal 7 have exceeded 1,300 units, which is seen as the foundation for BYD to establish quality trust in the South Korean electric vehicle market.
According to data released by BYD Korea, within just two months of its launch, the sales of Seal 7 exceeded 1,338 units. After ranking third in imported electric vehicle sales in September this year, it ranked fourth in October.
Few years ago, "Chinese cars" were often equated with "low price" and "unstable quality." However, BYD has continuously changed people's traditional perceptions of Chinese cars by emphasizing its technological strength, safety, and luxurious design.
In particular, the Seal 7 integrates core technologies of BYD, such as CTB technology, blade battery, and e-platform 3.0. With its pure technological strength and completion, it has won market recognition.
The significant improvement in quality and craftsmanship of the Seal 7 has compensated for the previous shortcomings commonly found in Chinese cars, becoming one of its key selling points.
In the South Korean market, BYD has lowered the entry barrier for electric vehicles through the ATTO 3 and established technical trust through the "Seal" technology. Notably, BYD launched the 2026 model of the Seal 7 for the first time in South Korea, demonstrating its sincerity towards the South Korean market.
A representative from BYD Korea stated: "The Seal 7 is not only a new car but also a symbolic model, which is changing people's perception of the BYD brand."
