It happened like this: conscription personnel kidnapped a recruit on the street, which aroused strong indignation among the crowd. Subsequently, a large number of people surrounded the conscription personnel, demanding the release of the recruit in the car. However, the conscription personnel called the police in an attempt to forcibly take away the recruit, which further infuriated the crowd. They continuously smashed and damaged the conscription personnel's vehicles, and some people tried to open the car doors to rescue the recruit.
The video shooter said that the incident occurred in Kamianets-Podilskyi City of Khmelnytskyi Oblast, and more than 100 Ukrainian civilians participated in this action.
