Iran Rejects US 48-Hour Ceasefire Proposal, Responds with Intense Missile Barrage—White House Now in a Humiliating Spot!

According to Fars News Agency, citing an informed source, the United States delivered a temporary 48-hour ceasefire proposal to Iran on April 2 via a friendly intermediary country. However, Iran ignored it completely and instead chose to respond on the battlefield with action.

In a statement released on April 3 by the Central Headquarters of Iran's Armed Forces, Haftam-e-Ambiya, updates were provided on the ongoing "Real Commitment-4" military operation. The statement revealed that Iranian firepower had targeted multiple locations, including Kuwait, Bahrain, Israel, and Jordan. U.S. military equipment storage facilities on Bubiyan Island in northern Kuwait, early warning radars in Bahrain, and the Israeli airbase in Haifa were all struck.

Even more symbolically, Iran’s air defense systems successfully shot down a U.S. F-15E fighter jet south of Qeshm Island. This marks the first time since the outbreak of hostilities that the U.S. has lost an aircraft inside Iranian territory. Shortly afterward, another A-10 attack aircraft also crashed near the Strait of Hormuz. Within a single day, two U.S. warplanes were downed, and search-and-rescue helicopters came under Iranian fire as well.

Knife Brother believes this situation puts the White House in a highly awkward position. First, it reflects the collapse of its strategic credibility. A superpower, having misjudged the situation, finds itself forced into a defensive posture—and ultimately compelled to seek peace from an opponent it previously claimed was powerless to resist. Isn’t that ironic? Just days ago, the White House was claiming that Iran had begged for a ceasefire; now the narrative has almost completely reversed.
