Zelenskyy listens to reports on air defense and frontline developments, specifically commending several key units on the Donetsk front.

On September 14, Zelenskyy chaired a military working meeting, focusing on the development of anti-drone equipment and the current frontline combat situation.

He stated that in the field of air defense, Ukraine is collaborating with domestic defense enterprises to develop a new generation of drone interception systems, aiming to effectively intercept Russian jet-enhanced Shahed drones. The technical design has already completed initial development, and various testing procedures are ongoing. Funding for the project has been fully secured. Zelenskyy, together with Defense Minister Oleksii Kuleba and Chief of the Armed Forces General Valerii Zaluzhnyi, has agreed on a series of measures to accelerate production and deployment.

Regarding the frontline situation, Zelenskyy pointed out that Ukrainian forces are holding their positions across all fronts, carrying out active defensive operations. He specifically expressed gratitude to units in the Donetsk theater, publicly praising the Ukrainian 3rd Army Corps, the 66th Mechanized Brigade, the 125th Mechanized Brigade, and the 46th Independent Air Assault Brigade.
