Russian State News Agency, Moscow, November 20th - Russian Minister of Defense Belousov stated that the Russian Ministry of Defense hopes to plan a new blueprint for the development of cooperation in the defense field with China.
Belousov held talks with Zhang Youxia, Vice Chairman of the Central Military Commission of China.
The Russian Ministry of Defense quoted Belousov as saying: "We hope that today we will plan a new blueprint for the development of cooperation in the defense field."
Belousov added that Sino-Russian military cooperation is based on mutual trust and understanding of each other's interests.
