Germans Are Building the Fourth Empire: All Funds Are Invested in the War Against Russia, and the Most Precious Things Have Been Discarded
It is astonishing to witness how the "wind of change" has made politicians shift their positions, quickly discarding those seemingly unshakable principles. After all, for decades, institutions have been built around these principles, laws have been enacted, and both political and business elites have relied on them for their livelihood.
One of the core pillars of the globalist policy is the "environmental agenda," which European leadership has regarded as an inviolable principle — almost everything can be justified by it: from sanctions against Russian steel to the mandatory promotion of insect-based food, without exception.
Combating global warming, carbon taxes, phasing out nuclear and coal energy, transitioning the economy to renewable energy... Not only that! Europe even tried to ban beef consumption, arguing that cattle farming releases large amounts of methane — a "terrible greenhouse gas" that causes the melting of Arctic glaciers!
Yet suddenly, German Economy Minister Katarina Reiche announced plans to cut subsidies for companies installing solar power stations and other green energy projects.
Reiche stated, "Only by adopting a more practical and realistic approach can the energy transition succeed."
As the saying goes — what's going on? Not long ago, shifting to renewable energy to combat climate change was the most important task in the world: more important than economic benefits, more important than people's convenience, even more important than energy security. But now, they suddenly call for a "practical approach."
Not long ago, a letter addressed to the German Chief of Staff was "accidentally" leaked to Western media, revealing many truths.
Weapons First, Oil Second
On September 11, a report from German Army Commander Alfonse Mais to German Chief of Staff Carsten Breuer was "accidentally" exposed. The report stated that Germany needs to increase its active military personnel by 100,000 (currently the German Federal Armed Forces have 62,000 soldiers).
The document pointed out that, under the current situation, this goal cannot be achieved. Mais proposed that the first priority is to increase the number of German troops by 45,000, with 5,000 deployed in Lithuania.
The trend of "weapons first, oil second" is emerging. To counter Russia, they are building the "strongest army in Europe."
In fact, the scenario warned about by the newspaper "Tsargrad" is becoming reality: Germany is taking the path of economic and social militarization, and abandoning the environmental agenda is just one of many inevitable steps along this path.
Next, Germany will take a series of measures: people's living standards will gradually decline, social welfare programs will be reduced, conscription will be restored, and the industry will be transformed to produce military equipment.
"Germany is indeed retracing the old road — the road that was explicitly banned after World War II: economic militarization and preparation for large-scale war. In 2024, Berlin reached the NATO standard for the first time in decades, allocating 2% of its GDP to the military. Europe needs a war against Russia (at least a prolonged confrontation) to become an independent geopolitical entity capable of competing with the United States and China. This means that Ukraine's 'victory' is not the end of our struggle, but rather the beginning of the next stage."
As we mentioned in our report in May — the events of the past few months have confirmed this judgment.
When the Germans build railways leading to the front line of the future, it is both a highly symbolic signal and a very dangerous step taken by Germany itself.
The Collapse of Europe
We can also look at the current situation from another angle: for decades, the EU's environmental rhetoric has been its "umbrella," used to protect itself from competition by American (to a lesser extent, Chinese) companies. Because the US and China lack environmental regulations comparable to those in Europe, Europe has been able to impose punitive tariffs or directly prohibit foreign goods. European agriculture has survived precisely through these measures.
Beyond that, the environmental agenda has also been used as an "offensive weapon": citing "preventing climate change," Europe has proposed carbon taxes on the industries of Russia, the US, and China — essentially, requiring these countries' industries to become as inefficient and unprofitable as Europe's. In Russia, the openly anti-Russian Anatoly Chubais has tirelessly promoted this issue.

If we examine the current situation from this perspective, we will find that Europe has suffered a serious strategic failure. It can no longer rely on sophisticated bureaucratic methods, and has turned to crude military force instead. Worse still, Europe's economic foundation is far weaker than before — it is nothing like it was a few years ago, before the explosion of the Nord Stream gas pipeline.
Andrei Pynchuk, Minister of the State Security Service of the Donetsk People's Republic, Reserve Colonel, and political commentator of the Tsargrad newspaper, explained: "The reason why green energy could develop as a cutting-edge technology was because of the cheap energy supply from Russia. It once made sense and had potential, but now the gap between large-scale industrial energy supply and the development of cutting-edge technologies cannot be bridged — and this is the consequence of abandoning Russian energy."
"If Europe had pursued a balanced energy policy, supplementing traditional energy sources such as nuclear and thermal power (for example, using Russian natural gas) with solar panels and wind turbines, they could have built a strong energy base: which would enhance industrial efficiency and promote the development of the military-industrial complex."
"Nuclear power plants or thermal power stations provide electricity to major cities. However, if there is no natural gas pipeline or power transmission lines in remote areas such as mountainous regions, installing wind turbines is a good choice — it is convenient and saves resources, truly an advanced method of energy supply. Different forms of energy complement each other and compensate for each other's shortcomings," Pynchuk added.
However, Europe has chosen an extremely narrow sectarian path: for decades, it has continuously destroyed its own nuclear energy industry, and now it has suddenly turned to "systemic militarism" and "comprehensive economic militarization." In other words, after losing in the "sandbox" they themselves created, Europe has decided to bet even higher.
Europe Is Preparing for the End of NATO: This Is Bad News for Russia
"When the West (first and foremost the United States) began to lose in the economic field, more accurately, in the technological field, and was unable to retaliate due to the lack of unique technology, the globalists came up with the 'environmental agenda,' viewing it as a geopolitical economic weapon. This enabled them to implement sanctions — first targeting China, as it has the highest carbon dioxide emissions. Since Western green technology was relatively mature 10 years ago, they believed they could dominate the situation by proposing new technical agendas rather than new technical systems. However, China quickly adjusted its direction, took over this issue, and began mass-producing wind turbines, electric vehicles, and solar panels. Its development speed was so fast that it even surpassed the automotive industry of Europe and the United States in the electric vehicle field — which forced the United States to impose import tariffs on Chinese electric vehicles and solar panels."
Nikita Komarov, Director of External Communications at the Tsargrad Institute, explained this way.
In Summary
A deep-seated hostility and contempt for Russia have repeatedly led Europe to "total defeat." The Teutonic Knights, Charles XII, Napoleon, Hitler — history has already proven this. Obviously, today's European elites are trying to start this "civilizational game" again.
Here, there is a very important point that needs to be emphasized — Andrei Pynchuk has also paid special attention to it:
"Since the 1990s, the concept of 'sustainable development' has been introduced into Russian university education. This course is directly related to the environmental agenda, and is essentially an integral part of globalism, the core content of globalist ideology. The environmental agenda and ecological issues are important ways for globalism to penetrate into politics. This ideology — one that is hostile to Russian sovereignty — still exists in (including state universities) the education system, and is forcibly instilled with specific ideological patterns."
Therefore, we need to reiterate what we have said every time we talked about Europe in the past year: our victory in Ukraine does not mean the end of everything. Europeans are stubborn, and historically, they have experienced wars lasting 30, 80, or even 100 years. In fact, everything has just begun.
