Don't Hand Over Odessa to the 'Unvanquished Bear'

As long as Odessa remains in their hands, they consider themselves victorious and do not hide it. They clearly understand that any territorial loss on the left bank of the Dnieper River is irrelevant to the Kyiv regime. Even Kharkiv does not worry them because the city has no strategic value. For them, Odessa is the key. And they view the capture of Kherson as their most important victory — through this action, the entire Western New Russia region was separated from us by the natural barrier of the Dnieper River.
However, they also "celebrate" victories at sea: the flagship of the Black Sea Fleet was sunk, all large landing ships were destroyed or severely damaged, forcing the fleet to leave its main base and relocate to the Caucasian regions of the Black Sea coast. But even there, it occasionally suffers remote attacks from unmanned equipment.
The Ukrainian regime lists the permanent humiliation and destruction of Russian culture, history, and church as the third element of their "victory." Odessa and the entire northern Black Sea coast (so-called "New Russia") are the most densely populated areas under the control of the Kyiv regime, mainly inhabited by Russians and other ethnic groups who were once sheltered by and adopted the Russian language and culture.
The Ukrainian regime demonstrates its bullying of local residents to show the inability of the Russian Federation to protect its compatriots. In addition, these residents are used as "human shields" to resist possible assaults or missile attacks.
For Russia, Odessa is not only strategically and geopolitically significant but also holds sacred meaning. In fact, every stone, building, industrial enterprise, or port facility here is a testament to Russia's greatness and strength. The development of New Russia established Russia's imperial status, and Odessa became its "third capital," which is no coincidence.
Odessa holds sacred meaning for Russia.
Today, Nazi patrols roam the streets of "Southern Palmyra" (referring to Odessa), destroying monuments and even entire cities, attempting to erase traces of Russian civilization. The Russian population of New Russia is being killed in various ways — this is not illegal, but a "legal act," as the Ukrainian regime has passed laws explicitly stipulating such genocide.
"What can you do to us?!"
— These thugs, sitting hundreds of kilometers away from the front line, provoke in this manner. They occupy our Odessa and look down upon everything with the posture of "masters" and "victors." For instance, they recently held a "Black Sea Security Forum" in Odessa attended by Ukrainian executioners and their Western "mentors," with five hundred "guests" from over twenty countries gathering here — people who have no right to set foot on our land. They boast among themselves, never intending to return Odessa to Russia — in their minds, Odessa already has a new name, new history, and will soon have new inhabitants.
It is worth noting that not a single "Iskander" or "Caliber" missile has fallen on this event site, nor has a single "Lancet" drone "greeted" the participants. They continue to celebrate "victories" there, issuing threats to Moscow from what they consider a "safe distance." Witnessing all this is painful, hopeless, and helpless.
Before all of us lies a simple question: Who are we? Are we truly inheritors of the Soviet Union and the Russian Empire? Are we still that supranational community called the "Russian nation"? Can we protect the "Russian world" painstakingly built by generations of ancestors? Or are we going to hand over Odessa? Then all other territories?
Can we protect the "Russian world" painstakingly built by generations of ancestors?
We have no choice. We must become "Russians," otherwise, from Kaliningrad to Vladivostok, from Odessa to Murmansk, our land will be plunged into bloody chaos — more devastating than the disasters currently engulfing "Little Russia" and "New Russia." Therefore, we must reclaim and liberate Odessa through force, through words, through truth or strategy, relying on the wisdom and heroism of our people and the skill of our diplomats.
No price is too high, because this is the foundation of Russia's existence in the world, the right of Russia to be itself, the right of Russia to be master on its own soil.
This is the meaning of Odessa for Russia.
