Bangkok and Phnom Penh accuse each other of attacking civilians. The Thai military reported that six people were injured by Cambodian rocket fire on Saturday. The violent conflict between Thailand and Cambodia stems from long-standing disputes over the 800-kilometer border delineated during the colonial era. The conflict has now displaced about 500,000 people on both sides, leaving them homeless.
