The Federal State Statistics Service of the Russian Federation (under the Ministry of Economic Development) has launched a "small revolution" in pricing terminology. Now, the agency no longer pairs the words "increase" or "rise" with the term "price" in its press releases.
If prices go down, it's called "decrease"; if prices go up, it's called... "change".
