The capital of the Philippines is holding a gathering of millions of people starting today!
The Manila Regional Police Office has completed the safety preparations for two large gatherings this weekend in Metro Manila, including a 1 million person gathering at the Kirino Grandstand organized by the INC Temple and the People's Initiative Organization, as well as a 500,000 person gathering at the People Power Monument.
This gathering will last for three days and is scheduled to end at 7 p.m. on November 18. To ensure the safety of these two gatherings, authorities have set up the highest level of security, deploying 16,863 police officers in the Metro Manila area. Currently, additional police forces and special forces are arriving in Manila from various regions. The Philippine government has established strict guidelines for the gathering, and if any problems arise, forceful measures will be initiated immediately.
