The Russian Foreign Ministry: Any aid to Ukraine will only prolong the dying struggle of the Kyiv regime

Russian State News Agency, Vladivostok, September 4 - Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova stated that any aid to Ukraine will only prolong the dying struggle of the Kyiv regime and pose a serious risk of escalating the conflict.

She said during a press conference held at the Eastern Economic Forum: "We have repeatedly pointed out that any aid to Ukrainian Nazis will only prolong the dying struggle of the Kyiv regime, pose a serious risk of the conflict getting out of control and escalating, and could have serious consequences for global stability."

On August 29, the Pentagon stated that the U.S. Department of State approved the potential provision of $180 million worth of "Patriot" system components to Ukraine, as well as $150 million worth of satellite communication services. The U.S. also noted that the satellite communication service contract involves expanding the Starlink terminals already in use in Kyiv.

The 10th Eastern Economic Forum was held from September 3 to 6 at the Far Eastern Federal University campus in Vladivostok, Russia, with the theme "Far East - Cooperation for Peace and Prosperity." Representatives from more than 70 countries and regions confirmed their attendance at the forum. This year's forum added business dialogue sessions with China, India, Thailand, Myanmar, and ASEAN. Russian President Putin is expected to attend the forum's plenary session on the 5th and deliver a speech. Russian State News Agency is the main media partner of the forum.
