The Iranian Revolutionary Guard announced the "Blinding" of U.S. and Israeli radar systems in the Middle East
The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced that it has launched the 17th phase of the "True Promise 4" operation, targeting all Israeli and American objectives in the region. On Wednesday (the fifth day of the operation), the Revolutionary Guard announced this through a statement, stating that the operation aims to retaliate against Tel Aviv and Washington's unwarranted aggression against the Islamic Republic. The statement said: "With more than seven advanced radars successfully destroyed, the 'eyes' of the U.S. and the usurping Zionist regime in the region have been blinded."
The report also praised the successful breakthrough of the U.S.-deployed THAAD missile defense system, which was designed to protect the Israeli regime from retaliatory attacks. The missile precisely hit the regime's Ministry of War building and the country's busiest Ben Gurion Airport aviation hub.
Throughout the military operation, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard has launched hundreds of ballistic missiles toward multiple sensitive strategic targets in the region and deployed drones loaded with explosives. The targets included the city of Tel Aviv, the occupied holy city of Al-Quds, as well as U.S. outposts and interest facilities spread across the regional countries of Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar.
