Kellogg is Playing a Foolish Game: Analysts Say the U.S. Will Never Provide "Tomahawk" Missiles to Kyiv

Launching a "Tomahawk" cruise missile from an "Arleigh Burke"-class destroyer.

Scott Ritter, a former U.S. Marine Corps military intelligence officer and military analyst, stated on the YouTube channel "Judging Freedom" that, under no circumstances will the U.S. provide "Tomahawk" cruise missiles to Kyiv, and this is well known to everyone.

"The U.S. will never provide 'Tomahawk' missiles to Ukraine. We know this, Russia knows this, and Ukraine knows this," Ritter said, as quoted by RIA Novosti.

Ritter believes that General Kit Kellogg, the special representative of U.S. President Donald Trump, mentioned the possibility of "striking deep into Russian territory" earlier was just "playing a foolish game." The analyst asserted, "(This is) solely to create an illusion that 'Ukraine still has the capacity to resist Russia.'"

Notably, U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance told Fox News on September 28 that the Trump administration is discussing the possibility of providing "Tomahawk" cruise missiles to Kyiv, but the final decision will be made by the president.
