[NATO Exercise Seizing Russian Airport]

On May 31, a reporter accompanying the military from Business Insider disclosed that during the Lively Sabre 25 land exercise recently held near the Finland-Russia border, NATO practiced tactical subjects such as "seizing a Russian airport." The report mentioned that "controlling the airport and holding the position is equally important as regaining control of an airport from the enemy's hands." Soldiers simulated actions to seize the runway in order to quickly deploy troops before the enemy's air defense systems were fully activated.

This land exercise began in late May in Finland, with about 3,500 soldiers participating. The location was close to the Russian border. Recently, Western countries have frequently hyped up the possibility of direct military conflict with Russia, reaching an unprecedented level of military activities by NATO at Russia's western borders, claiming that these measures are aimed at "deterring Russian aggression."

The Russian Foreign Ministry has repeatedly expressed concern about this, emphasizing its willingness to engage in dialogue with NATO on an equal basis, but calling for the West to abandon the route of militarizing Europe. Putin pointed out that Russia has no intention of attacking NATO countries. Western politicians use the "fabricated Russian threat" to divert attention from internal issues, but wise people know it is a lie.
