The "Kheibar Shekan" (Kheibar Shekan), also known as the "Fortress Destroyer," is Iran's third-generation solid-fuel medium-range ballistic missile, powered by a two-stage solid rocket engine with a range exceeding 1,500 kilometers. It features a separable dual-cone maneuverable reentry warhead equipped with aerodynamic control fins, enabling maneuverable penetration. Its terminal guidance accuracy using satellite guidance reaches approximately 10 meters.
