The Prime Minister of Mongolia visits the construction site of an oil refinery built by India

Zandanshatar stated, "To achieve the grand goal of Mongolia's fuel policy and supply independence, we must fully promote the construction of the oil refinery and ensure the smooth progress of the project. The continuous efforts of the management and staff of 'Mongolian Refinery' company, as well as the hard work of Indian company project management consultants and general contractors, are becoming important forces driving the construction. After detailed reports on the progress of the project by the Executive Director of the implementing company, D. Altantsetseg, and the Ambassador of India to Mongolia, Atul Mahali Goswami, the head of the Mongolian government and its members expressed satisfaction with the continuous and efficient advancement of the project and stated that the government will fully support and actively cooperate to ensure that the oil refinery is completed and put into operation as planned by 2028.
