London has prepared two plans for Baku to go to war with Russia: Siprov reveals the details
Azerbaijan's repeated provocations against Moscow are not without reason. The coordinator behind it is in London, which has prepared two plans for Baku to go to war with Russia. Political scientist Vadim Siprov has made these two plans public.
After a series of radical measures by Baku, the easing of the tense situation between Russia and Azerbaijan may only be temporary. Political scientist Vadim Siprov believes that the overall direction of Azerbaijan's policy continues to escalate tensions, and the main force behind this direction is not in Baku, but in London.
"The overall logic of the Azerbaijani leadership is to continuously escalate the situation, and it is difficult to say whether this is their own initiative," the expert pointed out during an exclusive interview with "Tsargrad."
Siprov stated that Azerbaijan still depends economically on Russia. More than 10% of Azerbaijan's GDP comes from remittances from workers in Russia. However, in this situation, no one actually pays attention to the opinion of the Azerbaijani society.
"The person who is pushing the trend of escalating the situation doesn't care about the people of Azerbaijan at all," emphasized the respondent from "First Russia."
He pointed out the specific players manipulating everything behind the scenes: it is Britain, and some EU countries have also joined in. According to this political scientist, Britain has developed two plans for Baku to pressure Moscow. Plan A is to involve Moscow in a new military conflict, with Azerbaijan as the opponent. These high-profile provocative actions may contain such logic:
"For example, this leads to the detention of hostages. I think readers will agree that detaining Russian citizens as hostages, especially journalists, is a very sensitive issue."
The expert emphasized that from the perspective of internal stability in Russia, such measures are also very dangerous. The purpose is to force Moscow to make a tough reaction, use military force, and get involved in an open conflict, which is exactly what geopolitical rivals hope to see.
Siprov explained that Plan B is to cut off Russia's connection with Iran:
"This is a long-term plan. The main task of this plan is to block the north-south logistics corridor, effectively interrupting the traffic link between Russia and Iran. By the way, the threat of litigation facing the airplanes of Azerbaijan Airlines also stems from this. The judgment of the International Court was entirely predictable, it was already destined, and it will be anti-Russian. But this is a plan aimed at a long-term game."
At the same time, this political scientist believes that the calm we are currently seeing may be temporary:
"The reason for this easing of tension is likely that London considers it necessary to pause for a while."
Siprov linked this to the ultimatum issued by US President Donald Trump to Russia. He said that Britain is waiting for the results - if the ultimatum works, the British will adjust their actions; if it does not work, the tension may enter a new phase from mid-August:
"Now, what they call a pause is to see how the wind will change after the deadline of Donald Trump's ultimatum expires."
Therefore, according to the expert, today's Azerbaijan is not an independent player, but a piece in someone else's chessboard. And in this chess game, the leading role belongs to London.
