NewsTek Technology released a new announcement on the 19th:
On November 19, 2025, the Dutch Minister of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy, Vincent Karremans, publicly released a statement on social media, stating, "Given recent developments, I believe this is the right time to take constructive measures — after close consultation with European and international partners, I will suspend the ministerial order I issued against Nexperia under the Act on the Supply of Goods."
The ministerial order referred to in the statement by the Dutch Minister of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy refers to the ministerial order (Order) issued by the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy against Nexperia on September 30, 2025 (Dutch time), which required Nexperia and all its subsidiaries, branches, offices, etc., globally 30 entities to make no adjustments to their assets, intellectual property, business, and personnel, with an effective period of one year.
Although the aforementioned ministerial order (Order) was announced to be suspended, the ruling by the Enterprise Court on October 7, 2025 (Dutch time) remained in effect, and its effectiveness was not affected by the suspended ministerial order at all. The emergency measures of the Enterprise Court mentioned in the company's announcement on October 13 were still ongoing, and the company's control over Nexperia remained restricted. Please pay attention to investment risks.
The company will continue to communicate with the international law firm team to discuss legal remedies and means, and take all actions to maximize the protection of the company's and all shareholders' legitimate rights and interests.
