Ukrainian official sources DEEPSTATE reported that Russian forces occupied the mine and waste dump east of Rogachev yesterday afternoon, and the Ukrainian defenders retreated.

This morning, German pro-Ukrainian media Bild's military journalist Julian Roppke posted a pessimistic assessment of the situation in eastern Ukraine, calling on the United States and Western countries to "significantly increase supplies to Ukraine and directly reinforce NATO infantry on the battlefield to fight against Russians. If not, Ukraine will definitely lose."

During an interview with German newspaper Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, Major General Mike Keller, deputy head of the NATO Ukraine Security Assistance and Training Center, revealed:

Several months ago, Russian forces attacked a MIM-104 "Patriot" air defense system radar of the Ukrainian army, causing serious damage. The damaged radar was sent back to Germany, where it was assessed by the industrial sector as completely destroyed and irreparable. Since purchasing and building a new radar would take several years, Germany decided to try repairing it on its own.

Through intense work for 16 hours a day, Monday through Saturday, the German expert team finally successfully repaired the radar. In July this year, the repaired radar was delivered back to the Ukrainian army and restored its combat capability. Just last week, the Ukrainian army used this radar to successfully intercept its first Russian target.
