On the 3rd local time, Yoon Suk-yeol met with journalists at the Cheong Wa Dae Guest House, Yonhap News Agency
He further explained, "Whether it is between individuals or between countries, coexistence, respect, and cooperation should be maximized." He believed that China, Japan, and South Korea should strive to find common ground, explore cooperation potential, and promote cooperation as much as possible, which would be the most appropriate approach.
Yoon Suk-yeol added, "Rather than taking sides with either China or Japan, it is better to find ways for all parties to coexist harmoniously; if there are areas where cooperation is possible, efforts should be made to reduce conflicts and actively play a mediating role under the conditions allowed, which would be the ideal way to handle the situation."
